LV XLPE insulated cable is a kind of power cable, its insulation material is XLPE, which has the characteristics of environmental protection and heat resistance, while the cable has high mechanical strength, good electrical performance and chemical resistance, which is a common power cable product in construction projects.
The products conform to GB, IEC, BS and other standards, and can be customized according to customer requirements, including flame retardant and armored features. The cable conductors are divided into copper core and aluminum core, and the conventional models are YJV and YJLV.

8. The installation temperature should be not below 0℃.
9. The bending radius of cable should not less than 15 times.
10. The flame-retardant properties of cable comply with grade A, B, C.

Part Ⅵ: Products Details
1. Conductor: 99.99% purity oxygen-free copper, small resistance, more stable for long time use under full load, not easy to heat up.
2. XLPE Insulation: Silicone cross-linked material can withstand temperatures up to 90 degrees Celsius.
3. Low eccentricity: The cable is produced by automatic equipment and meets all testing indexes. The thickness of the sheath is uniform to prevent the current from breaking through the sheath and causing a fire.
4. Internally filled with anti-pull rope: Effectively prevent the cable from loosening and improve the service life of the wire.

Q2: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Sample is free, but the freight charge should be paid.
Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~5 days.
Q4: What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering 10 kilometers cable within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
