Packaging & Shipping
1 Requirements for product packaging in rolls
In general, wires and cables are packaged in rolls of 100 meters per circle, and in special cases, it is allowed to form coils according to the actual length.
2 Coiled wires should be tightly wrapped with transparent film, and the certificate of conformity should be tightly wrapped in the film.

5. Product delivery tray
5.1 The type, size and technical requirements of the product delivery tray shall meet the specifications of GB4005.1-83 and GB4005.2-83.
5.2 The structure of the delivery tray can be made of wood or steel and wood.
5.3 When selecting the delivery tray, its tube diameter (D) should meet the requirements of the bending radius:
Single-core cable (d): D > 25 d
Multi-core cable (d): D > 20 d.
5.4 The selection of the delivery tray is based on the premise that the tube diameter meets the requirements of the bending radius of the installed cables, and its size should be compatible with the delivery length and specifications of the cables.
6. Packaging of coiled cables (wires)
6.1 Disk loading requirements
6.1.1 Generally, cables (wires) should be delivered in coils one by one, and the length should not be less than 100 m.
6.1.2 It is allowed to deliver short cables (wires) in platters with a length of less than 20 m, and the quantity should not exceed 10% of the total delivery length.
6.1.3 According to the agreement between the two parties, it is allowed to deliver cables (wires) of any length.
6.1.4 Meter counters shall be used for length measurement, and the error shall not exceed ± 0.5%.
6.1.5 The products are neatly arranged in a tray, and the distance between the outermost layer and the edge of the tray should not be less than 50 mm.
6.1.6 If multiple cables (wires) are allowed to be delivered as a platter, the length of each cable (wire) from inside to outside shall be indicated on the certificate of conformity.
6.2 Disposal of cable (wire) end
6.2.1 The end of the coiled cable (wire) should pass through the oblique hole on the side plate of the delivery tray, and the length should not be less than 300mm.
6.2. 2 The cable (wire) head should be reliably sealed to ensure that the cable (wire) end does not enter water.
6.2.3 If multiple platters are allowed to be delivered, the tail end of the previous one and the front end of the rear root shall be connected by ropes.
6.3 Protection
6.3.1 After the cable (wire) is coiled, its outermost surface should be covered with a layer of moisture-proof paper, felt or burlap as an inner protective layer.
6.3.2 Appropriate outer protective layer should be used for protection outside the inner protective layer. The outer protective layer can be made of bamboo curtains, bamboo guard boards or other equivalent materials, and its width should be 5 mm to 10 mm smaller than the inner width of the corresponding delivery tray. mm, its length should be determined according to the loading capacity.
6.3.3 According to the agreement of both parties, it is allowed to use any method of protection.
6.3.4 Two layers of plastic strapping (with a width of about 15 mm and tightened tightly) should be applied outside the outer sheath.
