In the example provided above, a refund of £4 would be processed for the price difference between the 2 pm and 5 pm guaranteed delivery option.

DELIVERIES TO OFFICES, HOSPITALS, BIG COMPANIES AND FUNERAL HOMES:

Please be advised that if the delivery address is an office, hospital, large company or funeral home - parcels are delivered to the "loading bay" or "reception". Due to the fact that couriers are often not allowed to enter private property, we are not responsible for when the reception or loading bay delivers your parcel to you. These are situations over which we have no influence and what counts is our delivery confirmation, not the time the parcel is delivered by the reception.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If you choose the free or economy delivery option, please be aware that the product's arrival on the selected date is not guaranteed. While we always strive to deliver on the chosen day, it's important to note that free and economy delivery options utilize national couriers such as DHL, Royal Mail, and UPS. On some occasions, the parcel may arrive a day before or after the desired delivery date.

For guaranteed delivery on your chosen day, we highly recommend opting for our premium paid delivery options. In London, for most cases, we use private drivers to ensure timely delivery within the selected time slots when the premium delivery option is selected. This helps to ensure a reliable and precise delivery experience for our valued customers.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:

During the final stage of checkout, after providing the delivery details, please ensure to select the correct delivery method from the delivery method menu.

    • ForSAME DAY DELIVERY IN LONDON, choose theEXPRESS SAME DAY DELIVERY (12 pm - 8 pm)Selecting any other delivery option may result in your ordernot arriving on the same day.
    • If you opt for theFREEorECONOMYdelivery method during checkout, please be aware that your parcelmay not arrive on the nominated day.
    • TheLONDON ONLYdelivery method is exclusively valid forLONDON DELIVERIES ONLY. Selecting the LONDON ONLY option for delivery outside Londonmay affect the delivery date.
    • ForWEEKENDdeliveries throughout the UK, please select theWEEKEND DELIVERY METHOD. Opting for any other delivery optionmay impact delivery during the weekend.
    • ForNATIONWIDEdelivery, choose theUK SELECTED DAYdelivery option. Selecting London delivery for delivery outside Londonmay affect the arrival date of your parcel.

    MISSED DELIVERY:

    • Please note that we do not take responsibility for delays in parcel delivery if the recipient was not home or did not open the door at the time of delivery. For deliveries outside of London, a tracking number will be provided when the parcel is shipped, and the recipient or sender will have to arrange re-delivery directly with the courier. In London, where parcels are delivered via private drivers, re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
    • Couriers are advised to leave the parcel in a safe place if required or requested. However, please be aware that neither couriers nor our company take responsibility if the parcel was left in a safe place upon request and went missing during the time the recipient was not present to collect.
    • If the recipient is not present at home for the arrival of the courier, re-delivery will have to be arranged. We do not take responsibility for the quality of flowers upon next day arrival since the flowers were not in water for an additional period of time, usually overnight. The quality of flowers can worsen, and at that point, it is the recipient's responsibility to explain and compensate the sender for the missed delivery if any issues about the quality of flowers are raised, not due to our fault.

Please be mindful of these points when planning your delivery and ensure that the recipient is available to receive the parcel on the scheduled delivery date and time.

We strive to provide the best delivery experience, and choosing the right delivery method is crucial to ensure your gift arrives on time and as expected. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.
