  Scarab Lamps

 

 

Each lamp features a pressed scarab on a gridwork background. The beginning lamp crafter can learn about glass color and grain while successfully making one of these lamps. The experienced craftsman can create an individual lamp by making one or more borders to contrast with the background to further enhance and highlight the scarabs. These designs are introduced as kits which include the scarabs needed.

The SC7 form is sold separately.

The large scarab is approximately 1 1/2" X 1". The small scarab is approximately 3/4" X 1/2".
